Warranty Coverage

  • This warranty strictly covers manufacturer defects and does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or damage incurred during shipping.
  • Any modifications to the paddle, including removing or altering the grip, will void the warranty.
  • Warranty claims typically take between 2 to 4 weeks for processing.
  • In some cases, we may need to ship your item back to the manufacturer at your cost for further inspection which may add to the processing time.
  • Please note that submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee a replacement, as approval is subject to the manufacturer’s assessment.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Do not modify or tamper with the paddle. Take clear photos and videos highlighting the defect from multiple angles.

    • Serial number (if available)
    • Description of the defect
    • Photos and videos clearly showing the defect
