- Any modifications to the paddle, including removing or altering the grip, will void the warranty.
- Warranty claims typically take between 2 to 4 weeks for processing.
- In some cases, we may need to ship your item back to the manufacturer at your cost for further inspection which may add to the processing time.
- Please note that submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee a replacement, as approval is subject to the manufacturer’s assessment.
